Our soul needs hydrating also.  Our thinking needs cleansing and restoring.  Our emotions need to be refreshed and spritzed.  The Bible refers to our hearts being washed with the Words of Christ.  We take our cars to mechanics so they can hydrate the parts with new oil and clean out the old grit and slime that slows everything down.
